I believe in the Law of Attraction that what you think you attract. Simply put, the Law of Attraction is the ability to attract into our lives whatever we are focusing on.
It’s about using the power of the mind to translate whatever is in your thoughts and to materialise them into reality. Everything you think about turns into things eventually.
This means that if you have negative thoughts about yourself, your image, your shortcomings, then you constantly attract things, people and opportunities that reinforce your shortcomings of negative thoughts.
However, if your thoughts about yourself are positive or visionary, then you can expect what is positive to manifest in your life.
I want to put emphasis on the importance of “seeing it in yourself first.” As a young woman, you need to constantly picture your future self. Speak edifying words to your future self, claim only good and lofty things for yourself.
Remember this when it comes to molding the type of life you want. You have to first visualise it within your mind. Once you are able to visualise it, then you can take the necessary steps and make the necessary decisions to actualise it.
Here are some tips to help you manifest positive thoughts into reality:
Step 1: Note down what you focus on.
Step 2: Split the list into two.
Step 3: Compile a list titled “Worry List” and the other tiled “Abundance List.”
Step 4: Focus on your abundance list.
Step 5: Pray and focus on what you want once a day and make your requests clearer and clearer.
Step 6: Trust the process.
Step 7: Remind yourself that you are open to receiving everything good.
Step 8: Keep a gratitude journal.
Step 9: Hold your focus and repeat the steps over and over.
Step 10: Believe in manifestation.
I wish you everything that your heart desires and I hope that as you focus on what you want to become, everything in the universe begins to align itself to your needs and desires. “For as you thinketh, so shall you become.”
