Homemade pancake


  • Flour
  • Milk
  • Sugar
  • Egg
  • Vegetable oil


  • Break your egg into a bowl and whisk till no sign of yolk
  • Add 2 teaspoons of sugar to the egg
  • Add half tin of peak milk to the mixture of egg and sugar. Then mix together
  • Get a clean and dry bowl, put 3 full cooking spoons
  • Make a hole in the middle of the flour and add the mixed egg, sugar and milk
  • Add it little by little to the flour and use your finger tips to mix it into the flour
  • Mix it till it is free from clumps and well blended
  • The mixture should be a little bit watery
  • Get a frying pan, put a tea spoon of oil and scoop a cooking spoon of the mixture into the hot oil
  • Don’t turn until the pan cake can be turned without you forcing it
