Sandwiches are a fast, easy-to-make meal and come in very handy for breakfast, lunch, picnics and even dinner sometimes. In this issue we bring you our unique recipe; it’s simple, rich and nutritious and can be ready in 10 minutes.
Avocados (firm texture)
Tuna or mackerel (or chicken)
Cut the avocados, tomatoes, lettuce and onions into pieces
Remove bones from the mackerel (if using mackerel) and cut into chunks
Mix the avocados, tomatoes, lettuce and onions with a tablespoon of mayonnaise in a bowl
Place a slice of Cheddar cheese on each half of the sandwich bread
Place a portion of the vegetable and fruit mixture on one half of the bread
Sprinkle the tuna or mackerel chunks next
Cover the bread with the other half containg the Cheddar cheese also
That is it! You hav successfully made a delicious sandwich ready and handy for lunch, breakfast or light meal times.
