1994 

Mar 10, Sara Kruzan (b.1978) of Riverside, Ca, killed her alleged pimp after she was forced into prostitution. She was convicted of 1st-degree murder and sentenced to life in prison.

2008 

Mar 10, a female suicide bomber in the predominantly Sunni town of Kanaan, 13 miles east of Baqouba. Killed the head of a local group of Sunni fighters in who had turned against al-Qaida insurgents. A suicide bomber killed five American soldiers on a foot patrol after detonating his explosives vest in central Baghdad. Another 3 American soldiers and their interpreter were killed by a roadside bomb in eastern Diyala province.
